The excellent performance of the system set a new standard in Latin American electoral processes, becoming an example for many other countries in the region. In total, 998 voting centers were used, with 10,417 polling tables and 15,000 machines for voting. These were used by 4 million voters, resulting in 90% of certificates tallied in 2 hours and 30 minutes, and 100% in 20 hours and 30 minutes.
